Securing the Future: GYTPOL’s 2024 Milestones and Vision for 2025

gytpol-2024-success

Throughout 2024, cybersecurity continued to be a thorn in the side of global industry as sophisticated cyberattacks cost organizations trillions. Yes, that’s trillions with a T. High-profile ransomware incidents increasingly targeted critical infrastructure and supply chains, with threat actors leaning into AI and machine learning to help enhance their strategies

The rise of cybercrime-as-a-service and the growing threat from nation-state actors added complexity to the cybersecurity landscape. And further complexity was added in the form of a constantly changing and hardening regulatory landscape.

With all that in the background, we at GYTPOL are proud to come to work everyday knowing that we’re quite literally fighting to make the world a safer, more interconnected, and productive place. In 2024, those efforts have been richly rewarded.

Here, we’ll take a look back at some of what we’ve accomplished and cast our gaze forward toward our plans for growth and continued innovation in 2025.

Purpose-Powered Progress

Coming into 2024, we had two corollary goals:

  1. Meaningfully expand and enrich our solution
  2. Significantly grow the business

Both those goals were pursued with equal vigor, and we’re proud to report, were ultimately met with equal success. On the product side, we managed to make a big splash right out of the gate – winning first place in CPX Vienna’s innovation competition early in the year. Shortly after which we were admitted to the inaugural cohort of AWS’s and CrowdStrike’s Cybersecurity Accelerator

Building on that momentum, we released GYTPOL 2.0, representing a huge leap forward for endpoint security solutions, introducing autonomous remediation capabilities to a field in dire need of it.

Providing a shared frame of reference across the estate, the enhanced SaaS product quickly proved invaluable as a unifying viewport through which organizations could de-framentify oversight, enforce policies at the push of a button, monitor drift, and harden posture.

The market reception was both fast and forceful, with GYTPOL being recognized as one of Israel’s most promising tech startups. Then, when the AWS and CrowdStrike accelerator program concluded, GYTPOL was awarded the top prize. Capping off an incredible H1, our CEO Tal Kollender was interviewed on the floor of the stock exchange by NYSE. It was a big honor and a clear sign that people are picking up what we’ve been putting down.

In the second half of the year, a concerted effort was made to forge strategic alliances and integrate GYTPOL with other industry standard technologies. Collaborations and combined offerings with AWS, Microsoft, CrowdStrike, ForeScout, Elisity, and Google laid a strong foundation, but are only the beginning.

Throughout 2024, we worked to build our team – retaining and recruiting the industry’s best talent. In total, we managed to double our headcount – with considerable investments made to further develop our sales, marketing, and partner channels, while doubling down on ongoing product and customer success efforts.

Those investments provided the fuel for a year of impressive growth that was on full display at our first annual GYTPOL Live event and the subsequent launch of GYTPOL’s official user community. Building on that momentum, we closed the year having hugely expanded our client list and fully 2Xed our revenue.

All that growth naturally gained the attention of market decision makers and analysts alike. Which is why it came as no surprise when GYTPOL was included in Richard Stiennon’s Cyber 150, showcasing the fastest-growing and most promising cybersecurity companies.

The honor speaks not only to the company’s remarkable technology, but also to our peerless team and leadership. It’s fitting then that 2024 was also the year that Tal Kollender gained renown as Israel’s Cyber Queen; a testament not only to her keen stewardship of GYTPOL but of her growing position of influence in the global cybersecurity community.

What’s Next?

As we look to 2025, our goal remains clear: to give organizations what they need to be liberated from yesterday’s technical debt, respond to today’s needs, and prepare for tomorrow’s challenges. With a relentless commitment to streamlining security,, we plan to move forward with greater speed and determination than ever.

Going forward, we will increasingly turn to AI to try and reimagine how things work and what's possible. In the coming months, we’ll enhance the platform with a new LLM chat widget that allows users to query their data and insights effortlessly using natural language, making the platform even more intuitive and accessible.

But we’re not stopping there. We'll use AI to generate and prioritize context-specific to-do lists. It'll take into account the customer's stack, business needs, configurations, vulnerability exposure, resources, and risk tolerance, among other factors. Weighing these variables, the AI will itemize and score all alerts to maximize impact-for-effort.

Of course we also plan to continue on our path of greater integration and interoperability – building more functionality and features on top of existing capabilities. We understand that success in the face of evolving threats depends on creating partnerships and cultivating a united front — one that ensures the tools and strategies of the defensive community work to outpace bad actors.

It’s that shared commitment to global security and collaboration that drives us and that is ultimately our greatest honor.
