Customer Success Manager

GYTPOL, a first-of-its-kind platform that automates and error-proofs configuration security for connected devices, is looking for a US or Israel based Customer Success Manager to join our team. Candidates should share our commitment to ensuring our customers achieve their objectives while experiencing the highest level of service and satisfaction.

As a Customer Success Manager at GYTPOL, you will be the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for our customers. Your role will focus on driving customer engagement, ensuring product adoption, and maximizing customer value to foster long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of customers to ensure their success with GYTPOL.
  • Onboard new customers, guiding them through the implementation process and setting them up for success.
  • Monitor customer health metrics to proactively address risks and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Support) to resolve issues and improve the customer experience.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, including QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), to align on goals and outcomes.
  • Advocate for customers by sharing feedback with internal teams to influence product enhancements and roadmap priorities.
  • Identify upsell and renewal opportunities, partnering with the Sales team to expand account value.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles, preferably in the Cybersecurity sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset and a passion for driving customer success.
  • Fluent in English (preference for English as mother tongue)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and customer success platforms (e.g., Gainsight, Totango) is a plus.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
