Sales Development Rep

GYTPOL, a first-of-its-kind platform that automates and error-proofs configuration security for connected devices, is looking for an  Israel based Sales Development Representative to help build our sales pipeline, manage the buyers journey, and accelerate deal closure.

As an SDR at GYTPOL, you will play a critical role in driving the company’s growth by proactively identifying and qualifying potential leads, understanding client needs, and setting the stage for successful sales engagements. In this role, you will be expected to collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to generate new business opportunities and support the overall sales pipeline, while making sure handovers from Marketing to Sales proceed smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to net new prospects at scale through any/all available channels  (cold calling, LinkedIn, email sequences, etc.)
  • Develop and prime opportunities for Field Sales to execute on
    • Conduct initial vetting to ensure lead relevance and ICP alignment
    • Manage follow up for generated and unowned event/webinar leads – nurturing & priming leads for contact from field sales.
  • Systematically review CRM data in search of opportunities to restart conversations and develop latent leads
  • Accurately document and maintain detailed lead information, activity logs, and progress updates in the CRM (Salesforce/Hubspot/ Salesloft).
  • Inbound and outbound lead management – respond to all inquiries within 48 working hours and making sure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Provide ongoing reporting and analysis on leads and closure rates

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Native English speaker
  • Familiarity with automated workflows and processes
  • Ability to perform against defined goals, targets, and measurables
  • A self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Tenacious mentality with ability to find and act on information using all available resources (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Resourceful – can solve problems or questions arising on the fly
  • Prior experience with Hubspot, Salesforce,  or Saleloft 
  • Advantage: previous experience in this field and/or high tech
  • Killer instinct – experience and eagerness to cold call and make inroads.
  • Proven expertise engaging IT and Security professionals.
  • Minimum 1+ year prior experience as an SDR selling to IT professionals.
