GYTPOL, a first-of-its-kind platform that automates and error-proofs configuration security for connected devices, is looking for a rockstar Senior Software Engineer with abundant Golang experience to join the team.
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the backend development of our solution — building new features and capabilities while refining existing product functionality.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications and systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex software problems
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Lead technical design and architecture discussions
- Perform code reviews and ensure code quality standards are met
- Communicate effectively with other stakeholders (including those in other departments)
- Contribute to the development of technical specifications and project plans
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience writing idiomatic Golang code
- Experience with multiple programming languages
- Experience building testable code
- Independent, an autodidact with excellent problem-solving and a passion for learning cutting-edge technologies and delivering end to end solutions
- Ability to work independently and mostly remotely
- A motivated team player
- Great async written English communication skills (chatting)

- Experience in building cross-platform tools for Windows, Linux & Mac

- Experience with low-level programming (especially OS internals), networking or databases
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience
