    Technical Account Manager

    GYTPOL, a first-of-its-kind platform that automates and error-proofs configuration security for connected devices, is looking for a dedicated and client-focused Technical Account Manager to join our team.

    As a Technical Account Manager at GYTPOL, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring client success and satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the implementation process, managing client requirements, and providing high-quality technical support. Success in this role means building strong relationships with clients, effectively addressing their technical and business needs, and contributing to the long-term growth of the organization.

    Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the main technical point of contact for clients, ensuring their smooth onboarding, implementation, and ongoing success.
    • Manage implementation processes, monitor project statuses, and handle customer requirements with a service-oriented approach.
    • Deliver product demos and provide technical guidance
    • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, R&D, and Support) to address customer pain points and ensure timely resolutions.
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
    • Identify opportunities for product improvements and work closely with clients to maximize value.
    • Report on client activities and satisfaction metrics to ensure continuous improvement.

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • Service-oriented mindset: Ability to manage implementation processes, statuses, and customer requirements effectively.
    • Technical expertise: Comprehensive understanding of technical solutions, with the ability to deliver demos and align product features with customer needs.
    • Experience: 3–5 years in a similar role, preferably in the cybersecurity industry or a tech company.
    • Language skills: High level of English proficiency, both spoken and written.
    • Problem-solving skills: Strong analytical and proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
    • Excellent communication skills: Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
    • Highly motivated: Team-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
