    Demand Generation Specialist

    GYTPOL, a first-of-its-kind platform that automates and error-proofs configuration security for connected devices, is looking for a data-driven, creative, and results-oriented Demand Generation Specialist to help own our pipeline strategy and execution.

    In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across Product, Sales, and Marketing to deliver measurable lead generation, and product interest – helping scale our go-to-market engine.  

    Responsibilities:

    • Plan, execute, and optimize integrated demand generation campaigns across paid media, email, content (owned and unowned channels), and more.
    • Partner with sales to align on ICP, account-based targeting, lead scoring, follow-up cadences, and campaign feedback.
    • Prepare and enact ABM strategies and campaigns to put the product in front of suitable prospect stakeholders.
    • Test and iterate constantly. A/B testing, creative experimentation, and channel mix optimization should be second nature.
    • Collaborate with product marketing on messaging, content strategy, and campaign assets.
    • Develop brand marketing strategies that account for well-positioned and compelling storytelling
    • Ensure all activities reflect well-integrated and effective SEO and GEO strategies.
    • Manage lead nurturing workflows to convert prospects into opportunities.
    • Assume a leading role in all growth marketing activities.
    • Provide ongoing reporting and analysis on leads, closure rates, pipeline development, and attributable revenue.

    Requirements:

    • 3-6 years of experience in B2B demand generation, ideally in SaaS or tech.
    • Proven track record of building and scaling lead gen campaigns that deliver pipeline.
    • Familiarity with paid channels like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and intent platforms (e.g., ZoomInfo, 6sense, RollWorks).
    • Exceptional analytical and reporting skills — you love diving into data to find opportunities.
    • A collaborative spirit — capable of thriving in cross-functional teams and fast-moving environments.
    • Ability to perform against defined goals, targets, and deliverables.
    • A self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Prior cyber experience marketing to CISOs and IT leaders.
    • Familiarity with ABM strategies and platforms.
    • Strong understanding of marketing automation technologies and analytics tools.
