GYTPOL, a first-of-its-kind platform that automates and error-proofs configuration security for connected devices, is looking for an Israel based Performance Marketing Manager to help build our sales pipeline, manage the buyers journey, and accelerate deal closure.
As a Performance Marketing Manager at GYTPOL, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple channels to drive awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition. This role is highly analytical, creative, and collaborative — balancing data-driven decision making with bold experimentation.
Responsibilities:

Develop, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, and other digital channels; managing related partners and vendors as relevant.

Scale lead generation programs to deliver qualified pipeline for the sales team.

Own paid channels and bear primary responsibility for funnel metrics.

Track performance metrics, justify performance in relation to KPIs, and generate actionable insights to continuously improve ROI.

Collaborate with content, design, and product marketing to create compelling ads, landing pages, and nurture programs.

Manage budget allocation across channels, maximizing efficiency and pipeline impact.

Partner with sales to ensure lead quality, effective handoff, and closed-loop reporting.

Test and implement new performance marketing tactics, channels, and tools to stay ahead of the curve.

Support integrated campaigns, product launches, and event promotions with digital amplification.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in B2B performance marketing, preferably in cybersecurity or enterprise software.
- Proven success managing campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other B2B digital platforms.
- Strong grasp of marketing automation and operations tools and systems.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in campaign reporting, A/B testing, and optimization.
- Experience collaborating with sales teams to align pipeline goals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, wearing multiple hats when needed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
